| 目的：观察大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤后肝组织和胃黏膜乙醇脱氢酶（ADH）活性及不同时间
点血浆乙醇浓度的变化，探讨枳椇云母汤对急性酒精性肝病的保护作用。方法：60 只SD 大鼠随机
分为正常组、模型组、枳椇云母组、云母组、枳椇子组和对照组（凯西莱组），每组10 只。分别给予生
理盐水、高度白酒、高度白酒+ 枳椇云母溶液、高度白酒+ 枳椇子溶液、高度白酒+ 云母溶液、高度
白酒+ 凯西莱溶液灌胃。分别用比色法测定肝组织和胃黏膜组织ADH 活性，采用顶空气相色谱法
测定不同时间点血浆乙醇浓度变化。结果：枳椇云母汤能显著提高肝组织和胃黏膜组织ADH 活性
（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），降低血浆乙醇浓度（P＜0.01）。结论：枳椇云母汤有一定的护肝解酒作用，对酒精所
引起的大鼠肝损伤具有较好的保护作用。 |

| Object：To study the effects of Zhijuyunmu decoction on ADH activity of hepatic /stomach tissue and serum
ethanol in rats with acute alcoholic hepatic damage. Methods：Sixty SD rats were divided into normal control group, model
matched group, Zhijuyunmu-treated group, Yunmu-trated group, Zhijuzi-treatment group, and tiopronin group,10 in each.
Each group was administered intragastically the corresponding solution. ADH activity was tested by the colorimetric
method and serum ethanol level was determined by a gas chromatographic analysis. Results：Zhijuyunmu decoction
increased the activity of ADH in hepatic/ stomach tissues and reduced the ethanol level in the sera(P<0.05 and P<0.01).
Conclusion：Zhijuyunmu decoction has protective effect on acute alcohol hepatic tissue damage. |
