| 目的：分析银川市常住人口类风湿性关节炎发病影响因素，为类风湿性关节炎预防提供参
考依据。方法：选取103 例类风湿性关节炎患者为病例组，127 名健康者为对照组，进行类风湿性
关节炎发病影响因素病例对照研究。对类风湿性关节炎发病影响因素进行单因素和非条件logistic
回归多因素分析。结果：单因素分析表明，文化程度（P=0.023）、月人均收入（P=0.001）、吸烟史（P=
0.004）、潮湿环境接触史（P=0.000）、慢性扁桃体炎症（P=0.000）、过敏性炎症（P=0.038）、长期服用避
孕药（P=0.000）与类风湿性关节炎发生显著相关。多因素分析显示，文化程度、月人均收入、吸烟史、
潮湿环境接触史、慢性扁桃体炎症等因素进入方程模型（P 均<0.05）。结论：吸烟史、潮湿环境接触
史、慢性扁桃体炎症是银川市常住人口类风湿性关节炎发病的危险因素。文化程度高、月人均收入
多是银川市常住人口类风湿性关节炎发病的保护因素。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Objactive: To study the risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis in Yinchuan city and lay a basis for its prevention
and control. Methods: A matched case-control(103:127) study for the risk factors was carried out. Data
were analyzed with a single-variable analysis and a multiple factors logistic regression analysis. Results: The single-
variable analysis showed that education background（P=0.023）, family economic income（P=0.001）, smoking（P=
0.004）, history of exposure to humid（P=0.000）, chronic tonsillitis（P=0.000），allergic inflammation（P=0.038）, and
caplendus contraceptives long-term（P=0.000） had significant effect on rheumatoid arthritis. Multiple logistic regression
analysis showed that education background, family economic income, smoking, history of exposure to humid,
and chronic tonsillitis were related to rheumatoid arthritis (all P<0.05）. Conclusion: Smoking, history of exposure to
humid, and chronic tonsillitis are the risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis of the residents of Yinchuan. Good education
background and high family economic income could play the roles in the prevention of rheumatoid arthritis. |
