| 目的： 观察楂七降脂袋泡茶剂对NAFLD 大鼠脂质代谢和肝组织形态学的影响。方法： 高
脂饲料制备SD 大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型，50 只大鼠造模成功后，随机分为模型组，降脂通络组，楂
七降脂袋泡茶高、中、低剂量组。连续灌胃给药4 周后，从腹主动脉采血测定血脂及肝功能，采血后
处死，剖腹摘取肝脏进行形态学观察。结果：楂七降脂袋泡茶剂能明显降低模型大鼠血清、肝脏组
织TC、TG 含量，降低血清ALT、AST（P<0.05），改善肝组织脂肪变程度。结论：楂七降脂袋泡茶剂能
够促进脂质代谢、保护肝功能，具有良好的抗非酒精性脂肪肝作用。 |

| Objective： To explore the effect of Zhaqi reduced-fat teabags(Zhaqi) on liver lipid metabolism and liver tissue
morphology in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats. Methods: Sprague Dawley rats with NAFLD was prepared
with high fat forage. Fifty model rats were randomly divided into model group, 3 Zhaqi groups with high, middle and low
dosages, and Jiangzhitongluo group, 10 in each. After 4-week continuous administration, blood samples were drawn from
the abdominal aorta for examination of blood lipids and liver function. All rats were sacrificed after blood drawing for observation
of hepatic tissue morphology. Results: Zhaqi of the above 3 dosages all obviously reduced the serum levels of
TC, TG, and ALT and AST and attenuated the damage of liver tissue, compared with other groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:
Zhaqi reduced-fat teabags can promote lipid metabolism and protect liver function of NAFLD rats. |
