| 目的：研究清宫汤抗焦虑作用。方法：健康雄性昆明种小鼠，随机分为空白对照组、阳性药地西泮组（DZP）、清宫汤高、中、低剂量组。空白对照组给予生理盐水及其余各组给药10天，第10天进行国际通用的高架十字迷宫模型（EPM）行为学观察，对开臂时间和开臂次数进行统计。结果：与空白组比较,DZP、清宫汤中剂量组小鼠进开臂次数(OE)和进开臂时间(OT)明显增加（P＜0.05），清宫汤低剂量和清宫汤高剂量组未显示出明显的统计学意义（P＞0.05）；与空白组比较，DZP和清宫汤中剂量组小鼠低头探究次数显著增加（P＜0.05），清宫汤低剂量和清宫汤高剂量组未显示出明显的统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：清宫汤有抗焦虑作用，但清宫汤中剂量组抗焦虑作用最明显。 |

| Objective：Anxiolytic effect of QingGongTang.Methods: Healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, positive group of diazepam (DZP), QingGongTang high, medium and low dose group. The control group received normal saline and administration of the other groups 10days, 10days for the first international universal model of elevated plus maze (EPM) behavior observation arm off the number of open arm time, percentage and percentage statistics.Results: Compared with the control group, DZP, QingGongTang dose groups into the open arm into the percentage(OE)and number of open arm significantly increased the percentage of time (OT)(P<0.05).The other was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05); Compared with the control group, DZP, and Qing Tang bow to explore the number of mice to a significant increase (P<0.05), the other was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: QingGongTang has anxiolytic effects, and the dose of anti-anxiety effect in the most obvious. |
