| 目的：观察地黄养阴汤治疗糖耐量减低的临床疗效。方法：将116例糖耐量减低患者随机分为两组,治疗组58例予地黄养阴汤治疗,水煎剂,每日一剂,早晚分服；对照组58例予二甲双胍肠溶片(贵州天安药业股份有限公司生产,批准文号：国药准字H52020960),每次0.25g,每日3次,口服。两组疗程均为3个月。结果：治疗组总有效率91.4%,对照组总有效率74.1%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)；治疗组治疗前后FBG、2hBG、TG、TCH改善有显著性意义(P<0.05), 两组间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论：地黄养阴汤治疗糖耐量减低具有显著的疗效。 |

| objective: to observe the rehmannia Yin soup glucose tolerance to reduce the clinical efficacy of treatment. Methods: 116 cases of patients with reduced glucose tolerance were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 58 cases with rehmannia Yin soup treatment, water decoction, a dose of daily, morning and evening points served; 58 cases with metformin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride (guizhou controls the cheonan pharmaceutical co., LTD., production approval number: H52020960) approved by the state, the 0.25 g each time, 3 times a day, oral. Two groups of a course of 3 months. Results: treatment group total effectiveness 91.4%, control group total effective rate 74.1%, two groups of curative effect more significant difference (p < 0.05); Treatment group before and after treatment of FBG, 2 HBG, TG, TCH significant improvement (P < 0.05), the comparison between the two groups had significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: radix rehmanniae Yin decoction reduced glucose tolerance has significant curative effect. |
