| 目的 探讨痔痛安搽剂熏洗配合微波照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法 将147例混合痔外剥内扎术后肛缘水肿的病人随机分为3组, 治疗组以痔痛安搽剂熏洗配合微波照射治疗,对照1组单纯用痔痛安搽剂熏洗, 对照2组单纯用微波照射, 比较三组患者水肿消退时间。结果 3组患者治疗后轻度水肿消退时间间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05) ,治疗组中、重度水肿患者水肿消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 痔痛安搽剂熏洗配合微波照射是治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后中、重度水肿较为理想的方法,值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【】 Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of treating mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema with Zhi Tong An liniment and microwave irradiation treatment. Methods 147 patients with postoperative edema on the anal edge of mixed hemorrhoid were randomly assigned into three groups. Patients of the treatment group were treated with fuming and washing by Zhi Tong An liniment combined with microwave irradiation treatment . Patients in the first control group were treated with fuming and washing by Zhi Tong An liniment, while patients in the second control group were treated with microwave irradiation treatment. The subsided time of edema were compared among all groups. Results The subsided time of mild edema in each group has no siginificant difference(P>0.05). On the contrary, The subsided time of moderate or severe edema in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the concrol group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of combining fuming and washing by Zhi Tong An liniment with microwave irradiation was ideal for moderate or severe edema on the anal edge of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid, which was worth widespread using clinically. |
