| 目的 探讨分析儿童重症腺病毒肺炎的相关实验室指标特点。 方法 回顾性分析2009年1月至2012年4月期间在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院住院的腺病毒肺炎患儿共130例, 其中重症肺炎患儿55例(重症组)、轻症肺炎患儿75例(轻症组),比较两组间外周血象、CRP、细胞因子及T细胞亚群的差异性。结果 重症组中性粒细胞绝对值、CRP、IL-6、IL-10显著高于非重症组(P<0.05),而外周血CD4 、CD4 /CD8 T淋巴细胞水平明显低于非重症组(P<0.05)。结论 炎症指标的检测和细胞免疫功能的评估有助于重症腺病毒肺炎的病情判断,并可为临床治疗提供指导。 |

| Objective To analysis the features of laboratory outcomes in children with severe adenovirus pneumonia. Methods A total of 130 children with adenovirus pneumonia hospitalized in The Children"s Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2009 to April 2012 were analysed retrospectively and divided into severe pneumonia group(55 cases) and mild pneumonia group(75 cases). The inflammatory and immunological markers were compared between the two groups. Results The neutrophil counts and serum levels of CRP, IL-6,IL-10 were higher significantly in severe group than those in mild group(P<0.05),while the percentage of CD4 T lymphocyte subsets and the ratio of CD4 /CD8 were opposite(P<0.05). Conclusions The tests of inflammatory and immunological markers were helpful to the judgement for the condition of severe adenovirus pneumonia,and to the guidance for clinical treatment. |
