| 【】 目的 建立可用于研究机械性肠梗阻的兔子动物模型. 方法 选取54只兔子, 随机分成对照组, 小肠梗阻组, 大肠梗阻组, 每组各18只, 以头皮针及丝线结扎回肠末端及乙状结肠方法建立完全性单纯机械性肠梗阻模型, 术后24h,48h,72h, 测量腹围, 梗阻肠管周径, 肠道内压及腹腔内压. 结果 实验组与对照组比较, 术后24h, 48h, 腹围无明显增大(P>0.05), 术后72h腹围增大(P<0.05); 实验组梗阻肠道周径术后24h无明显改变(P>0.05), 术后48h出现明显扩张(P<0.05), 术后72h显著扩张(P<0.05); 实验组肠道内压术后24h无明显改变(P>0.05), 术后48h明显增加(P<0.05), 术后72h显著增加(P<0.05); 腹腔内压术后24h无明显增加 (P>0.05), 术后48h增加明显(P<0.05), 术后72h增加显著(P<0.05). 结论 该动物模型符合机械性肠梗阻的临床表现及肠道变化, 可以用于研究机械性肠梗阻. |

| 【】 Objective To establish rabbit model for studying mechanical bowel obstruction. Method Select the 54 rabbits ,they are randomly divided into control group, small bowel obstruction group, large bowel obstruction group,they are 18 in each group. Use scalp needle and thread and sigmoid ileal ligation method of establishing complete model of simple mechanical intestinal obstruction, after 24h, 48h, 72h, measuring abdominal circumference, perimeter intestinal obstruction, intestinal pressure and intra-abdominal pressure. Result Experimental group and control group, after 24h, 48h, abdominal circumference was no significant increase (P>0.05), after 72h abdominal circumference increased (P<0.05); experimental group intestinal obstruction after 24h was no perimeter change (P>0.05), after 48h was significant expansion (P<0.05), after 72h was significant expansion (P<0.05); experimental group intestinal pressure after 24h was no significant change (P>0.05), after 48h significantly increased (P<0.05), after 72h significantly increased (P<0.05); no intra-abdominal pressure significantly increased after 24h (P>0.05), significantly increased after 48h (P<0.05), increased significantly after 72h (P<0.05). Conclution The animal model was in accordance with the clinical menifestation and intestinal changes, it could be using for researching mechanical obstruction. |
