      【】 目的 : 观察硫化氢与肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠凝血功能的相关性。方法: 雄性Wistar大鼠24只,分为S(假手术)组、I(缺血-再灌注)组,N(缺血-再灌注 NaHS)组,每组8只。S组仅行剖腹及游离肠系膜上动脉(SMA),I 和N组剖腹、游离及钳夹肠SMA 60min和再灌注120min,建立大鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤模型。N组于再灌注前10min静脉注射NaHS 100μmol/kg后,按1mg(kg/ h)持续静脉注射直到再灌注2h,S和I组静脉注射相同体积的生理盐水,作用时间和持续时间均同N组。留取血测定H2S、凝血功能指标。结果: N组凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time ,TT)、D-二聚体均低于I组、高于S组(p<0.01),N组H2S、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)FIB低于S组、高于I组(p<0.01)。H2S与FIB呈正相关(r= 0.758, p<0.01),与PT 、APTT、TT、D-二聚体呈负相关(r= -0.715、-0.721、-0.689、-0.748, p<0.01)。结论 H2S能有效纠正肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠凝血功能障碍。

      【】Objective To study correlation between hydrogen sulfide and coagulation function in Wistar rat with gut ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups(8 in each group): S(sham),I (ischemia-reperfusion), N (ischemia- reperfusion and sodium hydrosulfide).Rats in Group N were received sodium hydrosulfide (100μmol/kg bolus 1mg.kg-1.h-1 infusion) 10min prior to the onset of reperfusion, whereas rats in group S and I were received normal sodium of equal volume. Blood was used to detect hydrogen sulfide and haemorheology parameter. Results H2S,FIB in group N were significantly higher than those in group I, predominantly lower than those in group S(p<0.01). PT,APTT,TT,D-dimer in group N were predominantly higher than those in group S,strikingly lower than those in group I(p<0.01). H2S negatively correlates with PT,APTT,TT,D-dimer(r= -0.715,-0.721,-0.689,-0.748, p<0.01), postively correlating with FIB(r= 0.758, p<0.01).Conclusion H2S plays an important role in improving coagulation disorders in Wistar rat with gut ischemia-reperfusion injury.
