| 目的：探讨应用椎间孔镜手术治疗退变性腰椎不稳症的疗效。方法：老年退变性腰椎不稳症患者22例,行椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘射频消融术。结果：术后随访6~12个月,平均9个月,按照Macnab疗效评价标准进行评定优16例,良3例,可2例,差1例,优良率86.5%。治疗过程全部患者无症状加重,无脊髓、硬脊囊、血管、神经等重要脏器损伤。结论：该方法是一种安全有效的治疗老年退变性腰椎不稳症方法。 |

| Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of degenerative intervertebral foramen mirror herniation lumbar instability. Methods: Elderly patients with degenerative lumbar instability in 22 cases, line transforaminal endoscopic lumbar radiofrequency ablation. Result: after follow-up for 6~12 months, mean 9 months, according to Macnab criteria to evaluate efficacy were assessed as excellent in 16 cases, good in 3 cases, 3 cases, and poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 86.5%. All patients had no symptoms during the treatment, without spinal cord, spinal dural sac, blood vessels, nerves and other vital organs injury. Conclusion: The method is a safe and effective treatment of senile degenerative lumbar instability method. |
