| 目的 观察Toll样受体(TLR)、Dectin及膜蛋白细胞分化抗原14(CD14)在毛细支气管炎患者中的表达, 探讨模式识别受体在毛细支气管炎发病机制中的作用。方法 采用ELISA 法检测毛细支气管炎和急性上呼吸道感染患儿及健康对照组儿童血清TLR2、Dectin、sCD14的蛋白浓度。结果 毛细支气管炎组和急性上呼吸道感染组血清TLR2、Dectin及sCD14蛋白的浓度(依次为:5.092.42和4.141.39 ng/mL;73.0240.67和53.6923.52 pg/mL;2.511.17和2.121.06 ng/mL)均显著高于对照组(依次为:2.731.17 ng/mL;22.48 10.59pg/mL;1.340.69 ng/mL)(均P<0.01);毛细支气管炎组血清Dectin蛋白的浓度显著高于急性上呼吸道感染组(P<0.01),两组TLR2和sCD14的蛋白浓度差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论??毛细支气管炎及急性上呼吸道感染患儿血清TLR2、Dectin、sCD14的浓度升高,提示在呼吸道感染急性期模式识别受体被激活,共同参与呼吸道感染的天然免疫应答。 |

| 【】 Objective To investigate the potential roles of toll like receptor, dectin and CD14 in the pathogenesis of acute bronchiolitis, the expressions of toll like receptor, dectin and CD14 were determined. Methods All the patients were obtained, including patients with acute bronchiolitis and acute upper respiratory infection and volunteers, Concentrations of toll like receptor, dectin and CD14 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay methods(ELASA). Results The concentrations of toll like receptor, dectin and CD14 protein were significantly higher in acute bronchiolitis group(5.09±2.42 ng/mL,73.02±40.67,2.51±1.17 ng/mL, respectively)and in acute upper respiratory infection group(4.14±1.39 ng/mL,53.69±23.52 pg/mL, 2.12±1.06 ng/mL, respectively)than those in control group (2.73±1.17 ng/mL,22.48± 10.59pg/mL,1.34±0.69 ng/mL, respectively)(all P < 0.01). Data also showed that the concentration of dectin in acute bronchiolitis group were markedly higher than those in acute upper respiratory infection group(P < 0.01). While no significance were observed about concentration of toll like receptor and CD14 between those two groups(all P>0.05 ). Conclusion Dater showes that lever of toll like receptor, dectin and CD14 were elevated in patiens with acute bronchiolitis acute upper respiratory infection. It was indicated that pattern recognition were activated in acute respiratory infection., they were co-participated innate immune response in respiratory infection. |
