| 目的 观察恩替卡韦联合九味肝泰胶囊治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效。方法 将98例失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组49例,均给予常规内科综合治疗,治疗组给予恩替卡韦片0.5mg,每天1次顿服,同时予九味肝泰胶囊每次4粒,每天3次口服；对照组给予恩替卡韦片0.5 mg,每天1次顿服,疗程均为6个月。治疗结束后比较两组治疗前后的肝功能、凝血酶原时间、腹水量、影像学检查的变化、肝纤维化指标变化、HBV—DNA阴转率及Child-Pugh积分。结果 治疗组肝功能改善、凝血酶原时间缩短、腹水量减少、影像学检查的变化及血清肝纤维化指标动态变化在治疗后明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0．01),治疗组HBV-DNA 阴转率及Child-Pugh积分也优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P。2组治疗后均为发现进展至肝衰竭或肝癌等不良结局的病例报导。结论 恩替卡韦片联合九味肝泰胶囊治疗失代偿期乙肝肝硬化有协同抗HBV效应,能改善失代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者肝功能、凝血酶原时间、腹水量、血清肝纤维化指标、影像学检查指标及Child-Pugh积分,安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Jinwei Gantai capsules and Entecavir Tablets for combination treatment of decompensated liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B．Methods 98 patients、with decompensated liver cirrhosis after chronic hepatitis B were retrospectively analyzed,they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group．49 patients in observation group were given orally Jiuwei Gantai capsules,three times a day,four tablets one time；and entecavir tablets 5 nag,one time a day．49 patients in control group were given orally entecavir tablets 5 nag,one time a day. 98 patients were all given normal liver protection drugs,such as liver slices,Glucurolactone,ete．,the course of treatment was 6 months．The indexes including the imaging changes after treatment,dynamic changes of serunl liver fibrosis , liver function , ascitic fluid,prothrombin time, Child-Pugh integration,the rate of HBV-DNA negativity and adverse drug reaction of two groups were recorded and compared．Results the imaging changes after treatment,dynamic changes of serunl liver fibrosis ,liver function , ascitic fluid,prothrombin time, Child-Pugh integration and the rate of HBV-DNA negativity in the observation group were significantly bettter than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0．01).Conclusion Jiuwei Gantai capsules and entecavir tablets for combination treatment of decompensated liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B has significanteffect,and it Can eage the financial burden ofthe patients,so it is worth further clinical application． |
