| 目的 观察参附针联合低温可调钠透析对预防透析低血压的临床疗效。方法 对血液透析过程中反复发生低血压的18例患者分为对照组、参附针组、低温可调钠组及参附针联合低温可调钠透析组。比较每组前后的平均动脉压、低血压发生次数。结果 3 个治疗组患者透析过程中平均动脉压显著高于对照组( P ＜0.01) 。参附针联合低温可调钠透析组低血压发生率低于参附针组及低温可调钠组( P＜0.05) 。结论 参附针联合低温可调钠透析对预防血液透析低血压有显著疗效。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of shenfu and adjustable sodium concentration at low temperature to preventing dialysis hypotension．Methods Took 4 different kind of dialytic models which were stable sodium concentration at normal temperature ( control group) ，injected shenfu after stable sodium concentration dialysis at normal temperature( therapy group) , adjustable sodium concentration at low temperature( therapy group) ，injected shenfu after adjustable sodium dialysis at low temperature( therapy group) on 18 patients who usually suffered from hypotension during the process of dialysis． Compared mean arterial blood pressure 、the incidence of hypotension and the volume of ultrafiltration． Results The mean arterial blood pressure of the later three therapy groups was significant higher than that of control group( P＜0.01) ，and the incidence of hypotension in the model of injected shenfu after adjustable sodium dialysis at low temperature was less than that of other two therapy groups( P＜0.05) ． Conclusion Injected shenfu after adjustable sodium dialysis at low temperature has significant curative effect to preventing dialysis hypotension. |
