| 目的 观察感染后咳嗽患儿应用普米克令舒氧气雾化联合孟鲁司特口服的临床治疗效果。方法 选取102例感染后咳嗽患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予小儿肺热咳喘口服液止咳化痰治疗加酮替芬片口服；治疗组在小儿肺热咳喘口服液止咳化痰治疗的同时予普米克令舒氧气雾化联合孟鲁司特口服,分别观察第3天、第7天咳嗽症状变化及不良反应。结果 治疗组在治疗后的第3天及第7天有效率均高于对照组,疗效差别有统计学意义(χ2=16.684-18.457 P<0.01)。结论 普米克令舒氧气雾化联合孟鲁司特口服能有效改善感染后咳嗽症状,是感染后咳嗽患儿一种比较有效的短期治疗方法。 |

| Objective: Clinical observation on the effect of treatment of cough after infection with Pulmicort oxygen atomization combined with montelukast oral.Methods：We selected 102 cases of cough after infection, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given infantile Feirekechuan oral liquid in treatment of cough and phlegm and ketotifen tablets; at the same time to treatment group in the treatment of infantile Feirekechuan oral liquid cough and phlegm Pulmicort oxygen atomization combined with montelukast oral, were observed in third days, seventh days of cough symptom changes and adverse reactions.Results：In the treatment groupSafter treatment ofSthirdSdays and 7Sdays ofSefficiencyis higher than the control group,Sthere was statistically significantSdifference in efficacyS(χ2 =16.684-18.457SP<0.01).Conclusion: Pulmicort oxygen atomization combined with montelukast oral can effectively improve the symptoms of cough after infection in children with cough after infection, is a more effective short-term treatment. |
