| [目的] 观察外用中药对大鼠失神经支配创面角蛋白19(k19)阳性表达的影响。[方法] 168只SD大鼠被随机分成4组：A组(龙血膏组)、B组(生肌膏组)、C组(失神经组)和D组(正常组)。对A组、B组、C组大鼠制造背部失神经支配的深创面模型,之后各组创面分别以龙血生肌膏、生肌愈皮膏、凡士林外用治疗,D组大鼠背部制造深创面模型,以凡士林治疗。于不同时间点测算各组的创面愈合率,并对创面组织进行k19的免疫组化染色观察。[结果] 各时间点A组和B组创面愈合率均高于C组和D组(P﹤0.05),D组高于C组(P﹤0.05)。A、B组k19阳性表达第11天达峰值,C、D组第15天达峰值。第4、7、11、15天时A、B组k19阳性表达明显高于C、D组(P﹤0.05),C组低于D组(P﹤0.05)。[结论] 外用中药对失神经支配创面的愈合有促进作用,可能与外用中药增强了失神经支配创面的表皮干细胞增殖与分化有关。 |

| [Objective]To observe the effect of the external use of Chinese medicine on the expression of Keratin 19(K19) in denervated wound healing of rat. [Method]168 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: A group (longxuegao group), B group(shengjigao group), C group (denervated group) and D group(normal group).A wound with denervated whole layer skin defection was established on the back of every rat in A,B,C groups,while a wound with whole layer skin defection was established on the back of every rat in D group.The wounds in A group were externally applied with longxueshengjigao,and the wounds in B group were externally applied with shengjiyupigao.The wounds of C group and D group were applied with vaseline.At different time points after modeling, the healing rate of wound were calculated.The K19 expression of every wound was observed by immunohistochemistry stain.[Results] The healing rate of the A group and B group were higher than that of C group and D group(P﹤0.05),while the healing rate of C group was lower than that of D group(P﹤0.05). The peak time of A group and B group was earlier than that of C group and D group in K19 expression.Observed from the volume of K19, A group and B group were significantly higher than the other groups in 4,7,11,15 day(P﹤0.05),and C group was lower than D group(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] The external use of Chinese medicine can promote wound healing of denervation,and the mechanism of promoting the wound healing may be related to enhancing proliferation and differentiation of epidermal stem cells in the healing process of the wound of denervation. |
