| 目的：观察中西药联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕的临床疗效。方法：多囊卵巢综合征
所致不孕患者40 例，随机分为西药组和中西药组各20 例；两组均先予达因-35治疗3 个月后西药
组予氯米芬诱发排卵治疗，中西药组予氯米芬联合中药诱发排卵治疗。结果：40例患者予达因-35
治疗3 个月后性激素水平较治疗前均有明显改善；诱发排卵治疗后，中西药组妊娠率60%，明显高
于西药组的25%（P<0.05），卵泡发育、子宫内膜厚度、基础体温改善优于西药组，两组比较，差异有
统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗后未妊娠者月经周期均有不同程度的缩短。结论：达因-35 能有效
调节性激素水平，为诱发排卵治疗创造有利条件；中药可能通过调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢性腺轴功
能和改善子宫内膜容受性，克服氯米芬“抗雌激素样作用”，促进卵泡发育和黄体功能，从而提高妊
娠率，具有较好的临床疗效。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of using Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in
the treatment of infertility in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods：Forty patients that met the diagnos-
tic criteria of this research were randomly divided into western medicine group（A）and Chinese medicine combined
with western medicine group（B）. Both groups were given diane-35 for 3 months，and then group A was adminis-
tered with clomiphene citrate（CC）alone，while group B was given CC combined with traditional Chinese medicine
to induce ovulation. Results：All patients showed significant improvement in sex hormone levels after 3 months of
treatment with Diane-35 compared with pre-treatment. Ovulation induction treatment showed that the pregnancy rate
of group B（60%）was significantly higher than that of group A（25%）（P<0.05）. Group B had better improvement in
follicular development，endometrial thickness，and basal body temperature （P<0.05）compared with group A. After
treatment，non-pregnant patients' menstrual cycle had different degrees of shortening. Conclusion：Diane-35 can ef-
fectively regulate the sex hormone levels to create favorable conditions for ovulation induction treatment. Chinese
medicine may regulate the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis，improve endometrial receptivity to
overcome the 'anti-estrogen-like' effects of CC，and promote follicular development and luteal function，thus improve
the pregnancy rate and achieve better clinical efficacy in infertility treatment. |
