| 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT及其重建技术在肾盂癌诊断中的价值。方法 27例肾盂癌患者行多层螺旋CT检查,并在工作站行MPR图像重建,分析肾盂癌多层螺旋CT表现,并与手术病理结果对照。结果 27例肾盂癌CT平扫26例表现为肾盂内类圆形或不规则形软组织肿块密度影, 增强扫描动脉期病变轻度强化,静脉期强化程度最高,延迟期强化程度稍减退,与相邻肾实质相比肿瘤呈低密度。7例与肾实质分界清楚,肾窦脂肪存在；19例侵犯肾窦脂肪间隙,使之与肾实质分界不清,其中4例肿瘤较大,超出肾盂范围,蔓延到肾实质。1例肾盂壁不规则增厚,肾盂肾盏积水、扩张。结论 多层螺旋CT及其重建技术能显示肿块的强化方式及周围情况,在肾盂癌诊断中具有重要价值。 |

| Objective：To investigate the value of multi-slice CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of renal pelvic carcinoma. Methods：27patients with renal pelvic carcinoma underwent preoperative contrast-enhanced multi-slice CT . Images were transferred to the workstation and then processed with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). The MSCT manifestation were analysed and compared with surgical and pathological findings. Results： The MSCT manifestations of renal pelvic carcinoma were the masses within renal pelvis in 26cases, On multi-phase contrast scan, enhancement was light on arterial stage, increased on venous stage, and slightly reduced on delayed stage. The margin with renal parenchyma were clear in 7 cases, loss of renal sinus fat and the lesions had indefinable margins with the renal parenchyma in 19 cases, tumors extended into the renal parenchyma in 4 cases. Thickening wall of renal pelvis and with hyrdronephrosis in 1 case. Conlusion： MSCT can showing the renal pelvic masses and the model of enhancement, and has the great value in the diagnosis of renal pelvic carcinoma. |
