| 摘要： 目的 评价奥氮平与碳酸锂治疗患双相障碍躁狂或混合性发作的患者的疗效和安全性。方法：应用循证医学方法对符合标准的8项研究进行分析，评价奥氮平与碳酸锂治疗患双相障碍躁狂或混合性发作的患者的疗效和安全性的差异。 结果：奥氮平组与碳酸锂组的症状学变化（YMRS量表评分）和治疗的总有效率差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），复发率差异有统计学意义，奥氮平组低于碳酸锂组(P<0.01)。 结论：奥氮平与碳酸锂均是治疗患双相障碍躁狂的良好药物，奥氮平与碳酸锂在副作用方面存在差异。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To assess efficacy and safety of Olanzapine and lithium in the treatment of bipolar or mixed type mania. METHODS 8 studies meeting the criteria were analyzed by evidence-based medicine method. The difference of efficacy and safety of Olanzapine and lithium in the treatment of bipolar or mixed type mania was evaluated. RESULTS No significant differences were found in symptom changes(YMRS score) and effective rate between Olanzapine and lithium .However, Olanzapine was significantly more effective than lithium in preventing manic and mixed episode relapse/recurrence in patients. CONCLUSION Both Olanzapine and lithium are good drugs in the treatment of patients with bipolar or mixed type mania，and the side effects of two drugs are different. |
