| 目的：探讨止咳定喘汤联合妥洛特罗贴片治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的作用。方法：选取咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿48例,随机分为研究组和对照组(各24例),研究组采用自拟止咳定喘汤联合妥洛特罗贴片治疗,对照组采用常规口服药物治疗,一月后观察患者症状、改善情况及不良反应。结果：治疗后两组症状及PEF改善情况均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：止咳定喘汤联合妥洛特罗贴片可有效改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿症状,与口服制剂疗效相当,值得进一步研究。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical of zhikedingchuan soup and tulobuterol patch in treating children with cough variant asthma.Methods Choose 48 children with cough variant asthma, who divided into research group(24 cases) and control group(247 cases).The children of research group were treated with zhikedingchuan soup and tulobuterol patch,while the control group were oral medication.After one month,observe the change of symptoms and PEF、complication. Results After treatment, About symptoms and PEF,there was no marked difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion zhikedingchuan soup and tulobuterol patch can improve children’ symptoms, it’s same to the oral medication, worth to study more. |
