| 目的： 探讨超声造影在诊断囊性肾癌中的应用价值。方法：对经手术病理证实的l 9例囊性肾癌(透明型肾细胞癌18例,乳头型肾细胞癌1例)的超声造影图像进行分析。结果： 本组所有病例在造影过程中病灶内血流信号均见增强,显著增强者1 5例(占78.9％),轻度增强4例(占21％)。结论：超声造影充分地显示了内部结构,对囊性肾癌的诊断和鉴别诊断有较大的帮助。 |

| Objeetive To study the applicative value of constrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosing the cystic renal carcinoma．Methods ：To analyse the ultrasound contrastographic picture of l9 cases of cystic renal carcinoma(transparent type of renal cell carcinoma in l8 cases,nipple type of renal cell carcinoma in l case)which were approved by operation and pathology．Resuits In l9 cases．all blood flow signals of focus were enhanced in opacification process．Significant enhancement in l5 cases(account 78．9％),slight enhancement in 4 cases(account 21％)．Conclusion The constrast-enhanced ultrasound can display the ntemal structure of the cystic renal carcinoma sufficiently and have great help in diagnosing and differential diagnosing the cystic renal carcinoma．Keywords：Ultrasound opacification Cystic renal carcinoma |
