| 目的:探讨前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用子宫下段垂直平行压迫(Hwu)缝合术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月~2013年10月我院收治的前置胎盘行剖宫产术患者382例,其中360例患者行剖宫产术中予以Hwu缝合术,观察Hwu缝合术对前置胎盘患者止血有效率、产后出血及输血情况、手术时间和术后并发症。结果:360例前置胎盘Hwu缝合术有效止血率81.4%(293/360);产后出血发生率43.9%(158/360),产后大出血发生率4.4%(16/360),输血发生率12.8%(46/360);手术时间为(357)min;术后发热发生率2.5%(9/360),产后盆腔疼痛发生率10.6%(38/360),无产褥感染病例及晚期出血病例。结论:前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用子宫下段垂直平行压迫(Hwu)缝合术可以有效的止血, |

| Objective: To investigate the application of uterine placenta previa cesarean section in the lower section of parallel vertical compression (Hwu) suture clinical application value. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 2010 January ~3013 year in October in our hospital were placenta previa cesarean section in 382 cases, treated with Hwu suture in 360 patients underwent cesarean section, observe the Hwu suture on patients with placenta previa hemostatic efficiency, and blood transfusion, operation time and postoperative complications after postpartum hemorrhage. Results: 360 cases of placenta previaHwu suture effective hemostatic rate was 81.4% (293/360); the incidence of 43.9% postpartum hemorrhage (158/360), postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 4.4% (16/360), blood transfusion was 12.8% (46/360); operation time was (35 7) min; postoperative fever incidence was 2.5% (9/360), postpartum pelvic pain occurred in 10.6% (38/360), and no puerperal infection and late hemorrhage cases. Conclusion: the placenta previa cesarean section uterine surgery under paragraph parallel vertical compression (Hwu) suture can effectively stop bleeding and has certain clinical application value in the placenta previa during cesarean section. |
