| 目的 探讨泌尿系统子宫内膜异位症（简称泌尿系统内异症）的手术方式和治疗个体化。方法 回顾性分析我院自2005年至2013年收治的8例泌尿系统内异症患者的临床资料。结果 5例为内异症累及膀胱，2例累及输尿管，1例同时累及以上两个部位。其中2例有尿频、尿急症状；8例均术前诊断为子宫内膜异位症，但未发现泌尿系统受累。6例膀胱受累者其中共4例接受膀胱内异病灶电烧灼术，2例接受膀胱部分切除术并经术后病理证实；3例累及输尿管者，其中2例为输尿管松解术；1例为输尿管部分切除及端端吻合术。 8例均接受后继药物治疗，6 例为GnRHa，余2例为孕激素。结论 泌尿系统内异症临床症状隐匿多变，术前诊断率低，手术是主要治疗方法，方式多种，需个体化选择。 |

| Objective To investigate into the indivdualized and surgical treatment and n of endometriosis of urinary system（UTE）. Methods Clinical data about eight cases of patients with endometriosis of urinary system diagnosed from 2005 to 2013 were retrospectively analysed. Results Five in eight patients had bladder involvement and two had treteral involvement,the other one suffered from both subtype mentioned above。 Only two of them presented urgency and odynuria. All the eight patients were diagnosed endometriosis preoperatively, but with no clue to UTE. Treatment consisted of eletrocautery in four patients and partial cystectomy in two patients. Two patients underwent ureterolysis and the other one with ureteral resection and end-to-end anastomosis. Three were pathologically confirmed。All patients received hormonal therapy after operation, six by GnRH-a and the other two by progestogen. Conclusion(s) Endometriosis involving urinary system is all uncommon condition，the misdiagnosis rate is considerable high and preoperation diagnosis is rather low due to nonspecific symptom. Surgry is the first choice and should be performed individually. |
