| 目的：定性鉴别中药土茯苓和粉萆薢,使这两味性状相似的中药材在临床上不混淆使用。方法：采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、光谱鉴别等方法对两味药材进行鉴别。结果：土茯苓横切面类白至淡红棕色, 质坚硬, 微甘；粉萆薢横切面黄白色,质松脆,微苦。粉末显微鉴别中土茯苓粉末呈淡棕色,石细胞较多,呈类椭圆形、类方形、三角形,淀粉粒极多；而粉萆薢粉末呈黄白色,石细胞偶见,呈长条形,淀粉粒极少。两种药材对盐酸-镁粉等反应现象不同,紫外最大吸收峰波长不同。结论：土茯苓和粉萆薢在性状较为相似,它们在横切面显微特征、显色反应以及紫外吸收峰的差异可用于两种药材的鉴别点。 |

| Objective: To study the methods to identificate Smilacis Glabrae Rhizome and Rhizoma Dioscorea hypoglaucae to make this two kinds of Chinese herbal medicines not confused. Method: Morphological identification, microscopic identification, chemical recation and UV methods were used. Results: Smilacis Glabrae Rhizome is white to reddish brown,hard and slightly sweet. Rhizoma Dioscorea hypoglaucae is yellow white, qualitative crisp and slightly bitter.By microscopic observation, Smilacis Glabrae Rhizome is pale brown, with more sclereids of oval, square, triangle,and with more starch grains.While Rhizoma Dioscorea hypoglaucae is yellow, with less sclereids of a long strip shape, and with less starch grains. Phenomenons of HCl-Mg reaction and max absorption peak in UV of two medicines are different. Conclusion: Smilacis Glabrae Rhizome and Rhizoma Dioscorea hypoglaucae are similar in appearanc,but the differential points of microscopic character,chemical reactions and UV absorption peak can be used to identify two medicine. |
