| 目的：探究血清Cys-C与血清肌酐(Scr)水平在多发性骨髓瘤患者体内的变化情况,并研究其临床意义。方法：自2011年8月至2013年8月来我院进行治疗的多发性骨髓瘤患者中随机抽取40例,将此40例患者作为A组,根据国际分期标准,该40例患者中I期、II期、III期患者各为10例、23例、7例；另随机抽取40例在我院健康体检者,并将其作为B组。检测并比较两组患者的血清Cys-C、Scr、尿素( Urea)以及β2 -微球蛋白(β2 -MG)。结果：A组MM患者的各项检测值都要高于相应B组健康受检者,且两组Cys-C、β2 -MG、Scr比较差异具有统计学意义P<0.05,两组Urea比较差异无统计学意义P>0.05；A组III期患者的血清Cys-C、Scr、Urea以及β2 -MG水平要高于I期和II期,其血清Cys-C比较在P<0.01下,Scr、Urea与β2 -MG比较在P<0.05下,差异具有统计学意义；血清Cys-C值随着β2 -MG值升高而升高,呈正相关(r =0.673,P<0.05)。结论：相比于健康体检者,多发性骨髓瘤患者的血清Cys-C、Scr、Urea及β2 -MG水平明显增高,该水平变化在多发性骨髓瘤分期及判断预后中具有重要临床意义,且将Cys-C作为判断指标效果要优于Scr、Urea及β2 -MG。 |

| objective:To explore the changes of the levels of serum cystain C and serum creatinine and analysis the significances of them in patients with multiple myeloma.Methods:During the time of August 2012 to August 2013,40 multiple myeloma patients in our hospital were selected and named the 40 patients as group A.According to the standard of international staging,there were 9,23,and 7 patients in phase I,II and III respectively.Selected another 40 person who were healthy and named them as group B.Detecting and comparing the levels of Cys-C,Scr, Urea and β2 -MG in the two groups.Results:The detection of A patients in group MM values are higher than the corresponding B group of healthy subjects,And the two group of Cys-C β2, -MG, Scr with significant difference P<0.05,Comparison of Urea between the two groups had no significant difference in P>0.05;A group of III patients with serum Cys-C, Scr, Urea and β2 -MG higher than that of I phase and II phase,The serum levels of Cys-C in comparison with P<0.01,Scr, Urea and β 2-MG under P<0.05,The difference was statistically significant;The value of serum Cys-C increased with higher β2-MG value was positively correlated (R=0.673, P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to the healthy person,the levels of serum Cys-C,Scr ,Urea and β2 -MG in patients with multiple myeloma were increased significantly .The changes of them have a great significances for multiple myeloma staging and prognosis and take the Cys-C as detection index was better than Scr, Urea and β2 -MG. |
