| 目的: 观察丹参饮合四妙勇安汤对冠心病患者心率变异性的影响。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组用拜阿斯匹林加倍他乐克及洛汀新治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药丹参饮合四妙勇安汤化裁治疗。结果:治疗组治疗1个月后,动态心电图检查心率变异性(HRV)改善,与对照组治疗后比较,心率变异性(HRV)的变化具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参饮合四妙勇安汤化裁可改善冠心病患者心率变异性。 |

| Objective:To observe the influence of Red Sage Combination and Four Wonderful Herbs Resting Hero Decoction on Heart Rate Variability in Patients of Coronary heart Disease.Method:Divide 60 standard cases randomly into control group(30) and treatment one(30), the control one were treated with BaiAspilin and Beitaleke and Luotingxin,the treatment one were treated with Red Sage Combination and Four Wonderful Herbs Resting Hero Decoction andSroutineStherapyS.Result:The result showed, after 1-month treatment, HRV Was improved than that before the treatment. There’s significant differences in HOLTER examination of HRV between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Red Sage Combination and Four Wonderful Herbs Resting Hero Decoction have obvious improvement in HRV. |
