| 目的 比较消肿增视方联合卵磷脂络合碘和单纯卵磷脂络合碘治疗非缺血型视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿(nonischemic retinal vein occlusion macular edema NI-RVO-ME)的临床疗效。方法 经眼科常规检查、视野检查和光学相干断层扫描(optic coherence tomography,OCT)检查确诊的NI-RVO-CME患者72例(72眼)纳入观察,随机分为2组。其中实验组36例(36眼),同时给予消肿增视方联合卵磷脂络合碘治疗,并根据其个体情况不同调整中药方；对照组36例(36眼),单纯给予卵磷脂络合碘进行治疗。观察记录两组治疗前后患者最佳矫正视力(Best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)、视野平均缺(Mean defect of visual field,MD)、中心视网膜厚度(central macular thickness,CMT)差别情况,对数据应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果 两组经治后3、6和9周后BCVA分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；3、6周视野分别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),9周视野比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；3、6和9后周CMT分别比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消肿增视方联合卵磷脂络合碘对非缺血性视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿有良好的治疗作用,能短期内提高视力、改善视功能,减轻黄斑水肿。 |

| Abstract Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Jolethin and chinese medicine herbs combined with Jolethin treated the nonischemic retinal vein occlusion macular edema(NI-RVO-ME) disease.Method Dividing in to 72patients (72 eyes) diagnosed as the NI-RVO-ME disease through routine eye examination, Visual field examination and optical coherence tomography (OCT) examination random two groups,the control group have 36 patients(36 eyes) treated by the Jolethin only;the treating group have 36 patients(36 eyes) treated by the traditional Chinese medicine herbs combined with Jolethin.These eyes are checked respectively by the Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), Mean defect of visual field(MD) and central macular thickness（CMT）before and after treating.All of the data are analyzed by the statistical software SPSS 13.0,then contrast the two groups and evalute the clinical effect.Result The BCVA and CMT of two groups when 3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks after the treatment were analyzed respectively,which has statistical difference(P<0.05).The MD of two groups when 3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks after the treatment were analyzed respectively,which 3 weeks and 6 weeks has no statistical difference(P>0.05) ,but 9 weeks has statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional chinese medicine herbs combined with Jolethin has excellent effectiveness for reducing macular edema in treating nonischemic retinal vein occlusion macular edema desease,it has significant improvement in the short-term vision and visual function. |
