| 目的：观察三七总皂甙注射液治疗舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的疗效。方法：入选146例DHF患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均给予常规西药抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组81例加用三七总皂甙注射液,疗程10天。观察两组治疗前后NYHA心功能分级、6分钟步行距(6MWD)、超声心动图左室舒张功能指标以及血浆N末端B型利钠肽( NT-proBNP)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果：两组治疗后NYHA心功能分级改善,6MWD增加,组间无差异；两组NT-proBNP和hs-CRP浓度均有降低,左室舒张功能指标较前改善,治疗组改善较对照组明显( P<0. 05)。结论：三七总皂甙注射液对DHF 患者有较好的疗效,可延缓心衰进展。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of panax notoginsenosides injection in patients of dilate heart failure(DHF). Methods: 146 patients with DHF enrolled in the study received routine therapy, and 81 of them (treated group) were treated with panax notoginsenosides injection additionally. NYHA, 6-minute walk distance(6MWD), left ventricular filling indexes by ultrasonic cardiogram, serum N- terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide( NT- ProBNP) and high sensitive C- reactive protein ( hs-CRP) were evaluated before and 10 days after treatment. Results : NYHA and 6MWD were improved significantly but no difference in both groups. The level of NT- ProBNP and hs-CRP were decreased and left ventricular filling indexes were improved in two groups, and more significant changes were observed in treated group. Conclusion: Panax notoginsenosides injection has significantly effect in patients with DHF and can delay the advance of heart failure course. |
