| 目的 研究麝香保心丸联合西药综合治疗在慢性心力衰竭治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法 选择2010年10月至2013年9月我院接诊的82例慢性心力衰竭患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规的抗心力衰竭的西药对患者进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,采用麝香保心丸进行联合治疗。治疗后,检测记录两组患者的LVEF(左室射血分数)、LVESV(左室收缩末容积指数)、LVEDVI(左室舒张末容积指数)、心率、BNP(脑钠肽)值及24h心肌缺血次数。并采用相关的疗效评价标准对两组患者治疗的临床疗效及不良反应进行调查记录。结果 治疗前后,两组患者的LVEF、LVESVI、心率、BNP值及24h心肌缺血次数比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)；且治疗后观察组的各项指标的变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的总有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),两组数据比较有统计学意义(u=-2.4271,P=0.0152)。两组患者治疗的不良反应发生率无显著性差异(χ2=3.8678,P=0.0492)。结论 麝香保心丸联合西药综合治疗慢性心力衰竭,可显著改善患者的心功能状况,提高治疗的临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To study the efficacy and safety of heart pill of musk combined with western medicine treatment to the chronic heart failure. Methods 82 patients with chronic heart failure from October 2010 to September 2013 in our hospital were studied. According to a random number table method ,they divided into observation group and control group . Control group were used conventional medicine against heart failure treatment ,but the observation group on the basis of the control group , were used heart pill of musk combination therapy . After treatment , LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction ), LVESV ( left ventricular end-systolic volume index ), LVEDVI (left ventricular end-diastolic volume index),heart rate, BNP(Brain natriuretic peptide) and 24h myocardial ischemia times of the two groups patients were recorded. And the relevant evaluation criteria were used for the clinical efficacy of the efficacy of two groups and to investigate adverse reactions . Results Before and after treatment , the LVEF, LVESVI, heart rate , BNP and 24h myocardial ischemia times of the two groups were significantly different (P <0.01); changes in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than the control group group (P <0.05). The total treatment efficiency ( 95.24% )of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group group (75.00%) , two sets of data was statistically significant (u=-2.4271,P=0.0152). Adverse reaction incidence of two groups had no significant difference (χ2=3.8678,P=0.0492). Conclusions Heart pill of musk joint western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure , can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients , improve the clinical efficacy of treatment , safe, worthy of clinical application . |
