| 目的: 探讨高脂肪饮食对大鼠青春期启动的影响。方法:20只雌性SD大鼠按配对设计的分组原则,分为标准组、高脂组。实验第1天起标准组大鼠喂养标准饲料,高脂组大鼠喂养高脂肪饲料。每天观察大鼠阴道口开放情况,当高脂组大鼠均出现阴道口开放,即于当日下午处死全部大鼠。计算子宫、卵巢指数,采用放射免疫法检测血清LH、IGF-1、BGP的含量。结果:与标准组比较,高脂组阴道口开放时间(VO)及第一动情间期时间(D1)明显提前(P<0.05),血清黄体生成素(LH)含量明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:高脂肪饮食可促使大鼠青春期启动提前。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of high fat diet on the onset of puberty.Methods 20 female SD rats were randomized complete block into standard groupand high-fat group , 10 for each group.From the first day of the experiment the standard rats fed standard diet, high-fat group fed with high fat diet. When 10 rats in the high-fat group were vulva opening ,all rats were sacrificed in the afternoon.Detected he content of serum by radioimmunoassay.Results Compared with the standard group,vaginal opening (VO) and first-cycle time (D1) in the high-fat group significantly earlier(P<0. 05), and the serum LH in the high-fat group were obvious increased(P<0.05). Conclusion The high fat diet can induce early puberty starts . |
