| 目的 了解慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性现状及影响因素,有助于医护人员有针对性地采取措施,提高慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗效果。方法 查阅文献及结合专家意见自行设计慢性乙型肝炎患者调查表,选取120例门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者进行依从性及依从性影响因素调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 慢性乙型肝炎患者生活方式、用药规律整体依从性差；不依从主要原因为缺乏疾病知识及用药监督；患者性别、年龄、文化程度对依从性没有显著影响(P>0.05),医保情况与病程对依从性有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论 医护人员应建立用药教育平台,对患者进行疾病知识宣教、用药督导、及时与患者交流用药反应,以提高慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective To study the present status and influential factors of chronic hepatitis B patients’treatment compliance,help staff to take targeted measures, improve the effect of treatment for chronic hepatitis B patient.Methods A self-designed compliance questionnaire was used in this study.120outpatients with chronic hepatitis B were investigated.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The patients’ compliance on daily life and antiviral therapy was poor;Lack of disease knowledge and drug supervision were the main causes;Different sex, different age, different culture degree had no significant effect on compliance (P?0.05), different payment styles of medical cost and different staging of illness had significant effect on compliance (P ?0.05 ).Conclusion In order to improve the compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B,medical staff should establish medication education platform to educate the knowledge about the disease, supervise drug use,communicate the response to medication with patients. |
