| 【】目的：观察自拟温经通络方治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法：纳入2013年9月至2014年3月符合标准的64例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者,按就诊单双号分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服自拟温经通络方加减治疗,对照组口服优尼森治疗。比较治疗后患者疼痛、腰椎功能、生活质量及中医疗效情况。 结果：治疗组疼痛VAS值为2.1低于对照组的3.3(P＜0.05),治疗组腰椎功能JOA评分为22.8优于对照组的20.1(P＜0.05),并且前者生活质量SF-36评分为88.4,也要高于后者的79.2(P＜0.05)。对照组中医疗效治愈10例,好转21例,无效2例；治疗组治愈19例,好转13例,无一例无效,总体中医治疗疗效好于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟温经通络方能够有效减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者症状,改善患者生活治疗,临床疗效明确。 |

| 【]】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Self-made Wenjingtongluo Decoction in the treatment of old patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: From September 2013 to March 2014, 64 patients with lumbar disc herniation in accordance with the standards were collected. According to odd and even number of visiting, patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group treated with Self-made Wenjingtongluo decoction, and the control group treated with treatment. After treatment, pain, lumbar function, quality of life and traditional Chinese medicine curative effect in patients were collected. Results: In treatment group, the pain VAS value is lower than that of control group (3.3 vs 2.1, P < 0.05). JOA score in treatment group better than that of control group (22.8 vs 20.1, P < 0.05). And SF-36 score of former is higher than that of the latter (88.4 vs 79.2, P < 0.05). Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in control group, 10 cases were cured, 21 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective; while in treatment group 19 cases were cured, 13 cases improved, no case is invalid. The TCM treatment effect in treatment group is better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Self-made Wenjingtongluo Decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and improve quality of life of patients. The clinical curative effect of Self-made Wenjingtongluo Decoction is definitely effective. |
