| 1例50岁女性患者，既往有28年精神分裂症史，因发热、昏迷、痰多、
呼吸费力，转入我院ICU。T 38.7℃，BP 144/ 97 mmHg。急诊实验室检查：PCT
<0.05 ng/ml， CK 1568U/L,CK-MB 46U/L。回顾患者入院前用药史：先后联用氯氮
平、齐拉西酮、坦度螺酮、劳拉西泮和舒必利等多种抗精神病药物，提出抗精神病
药物多药联用所致药物不良反应的可能。停用所有抗精神病药物，对症支持治疗，
并给予溴隐亭，治疗一周后患者症状明显改善。 |

| A 50 years old woman with a history of 28 years of schizophrenia.transferred to our hospital because of fever、coma、phlegm、respiratory effort.Her temperature was 38.7℃ and blood pressure was 144/97 mmHg.Laboratory tests revealed the following values:PCT<0.05ng/ml,CK 1568U/L,CK-MB 46U/L。Recall medication history:has combined with clozaphine，ziprasidone，tandospirone,lorazepam and sulpiride other antipsychotics, proposed NMS case due to combination therapy with antipsychotic drugs.antipsychptic drugs were discontinued,symptomatic and supportive treatment,taking bromocriptine.After a week of treatment，the symptoms relieved obviously. |
