      目的:研究趋化因子CCL22对肺癌SBC-5细胞迁移和侵袭的影响。方法: 流式细胞术检测肺癌SBC-5细胞表面受体CCR4的表达水平;100ng/ml 的CCL22诱导肺癌SBC-5细胞后,观察细胞迁移及侵袭能力的变化及加入蛋白激酶抑制剂(U0126)后细胞迁移及侵袭能力的变化。结果:肺癌SBC-5细胞表面有CCR4受体的表达,CCL22诱导肺癌SBC-5细胞后,细胞迁移及侵袭能力明显增加,蛋白激酶抑制剂(U0126)可以抑制CCL22诱导肺癌细胞迁移及侵袭。结论:趋化因子CCL22在体外可以诱导肺癌SBC-5细胞迁移和侵袭。

      Objective: To investigate the effect of chemokine CCL22 in lung cancer cell line SBC-5 migration and invasion. Methods: Cell-surface expression of CC chemokine receptor4(CCR4) was detected by fluorescence-activated sorting . Capability of lung cancer cell migration and invasion was viewed, after lung cancer cells line SBC-5 were induced with 100ng/ml CCL22 and were added by protien kinase inhibitor(U0126).Rusults: CCR4 was expressed in lung cancer cell-surface, and capability of lung cancer cell migration and invasion increased significantly. Protein kinase inhibitor(U0126)may inhibit lung cancer cell migration and invasion induced CCL22.Conclusion: Chemokine CCL22 may induce migration and invasion of lung cancer cell line SBC-5 in vitro.
