| 目的 通过监测血清、腹水肿瘤标记物观察康艾注射液联合顺铂治疗晚期癌性腹水的临床疗效。方法 将78例晚期癌性腹水患者,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(38例),两组均予以一般对症治疗和腹腔注射顺铂注射液60mg,每周1次,连续4周；治疗组加用康艾注射液60ml 生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,每天1次,连续28天,每日监测体重及腹围,每周监测血清、腹水CEA、AFP、CA19-9水平。 结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为60.0%、28.9%,组间比较有显著差异(P＜0.01)；治疗组的血清、腹水CEA、AFP、CA19-9水平与对照组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05)。 结论 康艾注射液联合顺铂治疗晚期癌性腹水不仅近期效率显著,而且能使血清、腹水肿瘤标记物水平降低,对恶性腹水治疗效果的评价、监测复发、判断预后有一定的临床意义。 |

| To study clinical effects of Kang Ai injection in combination with cisplatin in treatment of advanced cancer ascites.【Methods】 78 cases of patients with adanced cancerous ascites, were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (38 cases), intraperitoneal injection of two groups are usually symptomatic treatment and cisplatin injection 60 mg, 1 times a week, for 4 weeks; the treatment group was added with 60 ml Kang Ai injection with intravenous drip, 1 times a day, 28 days in a row; Weight and abdominal circumference were measured, and CEA and AFP, CA125 levels of serum and ascites were weekly detected.【Results】The treatment group and control group total effectiveness 60.0%, 28.9% respectively, it had significant difference (P < 0.01);The treatment group of serum and ascites, CEA and AFP, CA125 levels were significantly different compared with controls (P < 0.05).【Conclusions】Kang Ai injection in combination with cisplatin in treatment of advanced cancer ascites not only recent efficiency significantly, and can lower the serum and ascites tumor marker levels, For the treatment of malignant ascites effect evaluation and monitoring recurrence and prognosis is of certain clinical significance. |
