| 目的:检测HIF-1α和Sema 4D在乳腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与乳腺癌临床病理指标的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测110例乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α和Sema 4D的表达,同时检测微淋巴管密度(LVD),结合临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果:乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α和Sema 4D蛋白的阳性表达率分别为72. 72% (80/110)、77.27%(85/110);HIF-1α与Sema 4D表达呈正相关性(r=0.691, P<0.01)。HIF-1α、Sema 4D表达阳性组与阴性组的LVD差异显著(P<0.01)。HIF-1α和Sema4D的表达阳性率与TNM分期和淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<001),与性别、年龄、组织学分级、肿块大小无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论:HIF-1α、Sema 4D在乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,其表达与肿瘤淋巴管密度及淋巴结转移有关,对判断乳腺癌预后有一定的指导意义。 |

| Objective: To explore the expressions of HIF-1αand Sema 4D in breast carcinoma and their correlation with various clinical and pathological datum. Methods: The expressions of HIF-1αand Sema 4D in breast carcinoma were detceted by immunohistochemical SP method, The lymphatic vessels density (LVD) in tumor were counted through the special marker D2-40. analyze the correlation of HIF-1αand Sema 4D in breast carcinoma with various clinical and pathological datum. Results: The positive rates of HIF-1αand Sema 4D expressions were 72.72% (80/110) and 77.27% (85/110), respectively. The LVD were higher in HIF-1αor Sema 4D positive group than negative (P<0.01). Sema4D expression were positively correlated with HIF-1αexpression (r=0.691, P<0.01). The LVD’s difference is significant between HIF-1αand Sema4D positive group and nagtive group (P<0.01). The positive rates HIF-1αand Sema 4D have positive correlation with TNM stage and lymphatic metastasis,have insignificantce with Sex, Age, histological differentiation and tumor sizes. Conclusions: The expression of HIF-1αand Sema4D were high in breast carcinoma, which were closely related with tumor LVD and lymph node metastasis. It has significance prognosis for the patients with breast cancer. |
