| 目的 探讨华蟾素胶囊联合TP方案治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。 方法 选择2010年1月至2013年2月我院60例晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用华蟾素胶囊联合TP方案化疗,对照组采用TP方案化疗。结果 治疗组有效率(CR+PR)达86.7%明显高于对照组有效率为46.6%(P<0.05)；治疗组胃肠道反应的发生率为70.0%,骨髓抑制发生率为56.7%,明显低于对照组的胃肠道反应发生率(90.0%)和骨髓抑制发生率(76.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 华蟾素胶囊联合TP方案治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效确切,效果明显,具有一定的临床价值。 |

| Objective: To probe into the term efficacy of new adjuvant chemotherpy with cinobufotalin capsule combined with cisplatin for locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods: Select from January 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital 60 cases of patients with advanced cervical cancer, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received cinobufotalin capsules combined TP regimen, while the control group was received TP regimen only. Result: The effective rate (CR + PR) was 86.7%, significantly higher than the effective rate was 46.6% (p<0.05); the occurrence of gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression in the treatment group were significant lower than the control group (70.0%vs90.0%, 56.7%vs76.7%, p<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of new adjuvant chemotherapy with in patients with cinobufotalin capsules combined TP regimen for locally advanced cervical cancer can significant improve the effect of chemotherapy, and it doesn’t increase adverse reactions, which has a very important clinical value. |
