| 【摘要】 目的 了解2011-2013年本院鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药性分析，为临床合理使用抗菌药提供依据。方法 对2011～2013年本院临床送检的标本进行分离鉴定，共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌菌株746株。采用纸片扩散法对病原茵进行药敏试验，用WHONET5．6软件进行数据分析。结果 分离的746株鲍曼不动杆菌(77.8%为痰，9.3%为创面分泌物)主要集中在重症监护室、呼吸科等，该菌对多数抗茵药物呈现较高水平耐药并对多数抗茵药物的耐药率呈逐年上升趋势，美洛培南、亚胺培南的耐药率上升最为显著，但2012年鲍曼不动杆菌多数抗菌药物的耐药率与2011年相比略有下降。结论 临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性较高并呈上升趋势，开展耐药性分析，对指导临床合理用药具有重要意义。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To realize the clinical distributing and drug resistance of our hospital’s Acinetobacter Baumannii during 2011 to 2013 year, to provide important basis of clinical drug use.Methods To separate and identify our patient specimens during 2011 and 2013 year, it total have 746 strains’ Acinetobacter Baumannii. Antimicrobial susceptibility tests were tested by Disk diffusion. Then use the WHONET5.6 software to analysis the data.Results The separated 746 strains’ Acinetobacter Baumannii (77.8% is phlegm, 9.3% is secretions of surgical wounds ) is mainly find in the ICU, Pneumology department and so on. This bacterium has become resistant to most of the antibacterial agents, and it had an increasing tendency, especially the MEROPENEM and IMIPENEM. But compare to the year 2011, 2012 has lower drug resistance.Conclusions The clinic Acinetobacter Baumannii had high drug resistance and had an increasing tendency. So Analysis the drug resistance has an important significant in guiding the drug use in the clinic. |
