| 目的 研究磷酸酯酶与张力蛋白同源物(Phosphatase and tensin homolog,PTEN) 和脆性三联组氨酸(Fragile histidine triad,FHIT)的表达与结直肠癌(Colorectal Carcinoma,CRC)临床病理参数之间的关系。方法 收象山县中医医院2007-2013年住院手术的102例CRC组织标本,取53例癌旁组织为正常结直肠粘膜做对照,采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测PTEN和FHIT蛋白在CRC组织、正常组织中的表达情况,分析PTEN和FHIT的表达与CRC的相关性。结果 (1)PTEN在CRC组织和正常组织中表达的阳性率分别为 40.2%(41/102)和 84.9%(45/53),两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);FHIT在CRC组织和正常组织中表达的阳性率分别为44.1%(45/102)和 92.5%(49/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01); (2) PTEN和FHIT的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无显著相关性(P>0.05),与Dukes分期、分化程度和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.01),PTEN的表达与肿瘤部位无关,FHIT的表达与肿瘤部位相关(P<0.05); (3)Spearman等级相关分析提示,PTEN和FHIT在CRC组织间的表达呈正相关(r = 0.616,P<0.01)。结论PTEN和FHIT参与了CRC的发生发展过程,联合检测二者对于评估CRC的生物学特性和判断预后具有一定价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression ofSPTENS(phosphatase and tensin homology) and FHITS(fragile histidine triad)SSand their relationship to ColorectalSCarcinoma(CRC). Methods 102 cases of CRC tissue were collected between 2007 and 2013, 53 cases of noncancerous mucosa adjacent to carcinoma as control. The Sexpression Sof SFHITS andS PTEN Sprotein were exzamied by using immunohistochemistry S-P methods, their correlations were also analysed. Results (1) The positive staining of PTEN in CRC and Snormal mucosa were 40.2%(41/102) and 84.9%(45/53),which FHIT were 44.1%(45/102)and 92.5%(49/53), both difference with statistical significance(P<0.01); (2) PTEN and FHIT expression had no correlations with the gender, age of patients and tumor size(P>0.05), while positively correlated with Dukes stage, histological classification and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01). PTEN expression was not correlated with the site of the tumor, while FHIT was correlated(P<0.05). (3) Spearman analysis revealed positive relationship between the expression of PTEN and FHIT(r = 0.616,P<0.01). Conclusion It was suggested that PTEN and PTEN genes contributed toSCRCScarcinogenesis and development. The combined detection of PTEN andS FHIT maybe of some value to evaluate the biological behaviors of CRC and the judgment of prognosis. |
