| 白血病是一类造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病,分子生物学的改变,表观遗传学的异常是研究白血病发病机制的热点。TET癌基因家族成员2(Tet2)是一种肿瘤抑制基因,在髓系及淋巴系肿瘤中TET2突变很常见;同时TET2基因能够催化5-mC向5-hmc的转化,从而促进DNA的去甲基化,因此其通过催化5-甲基胞嘧啶化学修饰参与DNA去甲基化和基因表达调控表观遗传学改变。本文将TET2基因特性生物学功能与白血病发病机制的相关研究做以下综述。 |

| TET2 gene is one of three proteins of the family of Tet, is a progressive conservative dioxygenase. TET2 gene can promote DNA methylation through transformating 5-mc to 5hmC . TET2 gene exprese in hematopoietic tissue of the highest, most especially expressed in hematopoietic stem cells. The study found that in myeloid and lymphoid neoplasms TET2 mutations are common, for the further study on the blood system tumor especially leukemia opened the new way of thinking. |
