| [目的]探究郭勇教授中医药治疗辅助期三阴性乳腺癌（triple negative breast cancer，TNBC）的临床经验。[方法] 从TNBC的病因病机、临床辨证及分阶段用药的特点来阐述郭勇教授的临证思维和诊治特色，总结其常用方药配伍及加减化裁特色，并附验案举隅。[结果]郭勇教授认为TNBC的病因病机中，以肝郁脾虚证为最多见，宜以疏肝健脾为基本治则，方用逍遥散合四君子汤加减。在临床上收到良好的疗效。[结论]郭勇教授对TNBC的病因病机、辨证论治、遣方用药及分阶段用药有其独特的深刻认识，值得我们初学者学习和应用。 |

| [Object] To explore the traditional Chinese medicine professor guo yong's clinical experience in the treatment of secondary phase three negative breast cancer.[Method] From etiology and pathogenesis, clinical differentiation and treatment experience, it expounds professor guo’s clinical thought and diagnosis and treatment features.[Results] Professor guo believes TNBS patients with liver depression and temper weak type is given priority to, treatment should be to benefit spleen and "shugan decoction" ,side with Xiaoyaosan and Sijunzi decoction, and is in good clinical curative effect. [Conclusion] Professor guo has his own experience in pharyngitis including the etiology and pathogenesis, the clinical differentiation, the application of prescription and the external treatment, having high clinical application value. |
