      目的 对比Canon TX-20非接触式眼压计(TX-20)与Goldmann压平式眼压计(GAT)测量眼压的值,评价TX-20测量眼压的准确性和可重复性。方法 录选眼科就诊的60例患者共120只眼,其中男30例,女30例,年龄18岁~76岁。由同一检查者分别用两种眼压计连续测量3次。以GAT眼压值作为基准分为A、B、C 3组:A组(低眼压组)IOP<11 mmHg(1 kPa=7. 5 mmHg),B组(正常眼压组)IOP为11~21 mmHg,C组(高眼压组)IOP>21 mmHg。以Goldmann眼压计为标准,评价TX-20眼压计的准确性。分组分析TX-20连续3次测量值之间的可重复性。结果 与GAT测量值比较,TX-20A、B、C3组测量眼压值均偏低,二者差值95%confidence interval(95%CI)分别是0.31~2.95mmHg,1.09~4.38mmHg,0.28~7.28mmHg。A、B、C3组测量眼压的可重复性较好,3次测量结果之间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 在低眼压和正常眼压组,TX-20测量值与GAT测量值相当,但测量值均比GAT测量值偏低。对于无眼表疾病患者,TX-20测量眼压的可重复性好。

      Objective: To evaluate the accuracy and repeatability of measurement of intraocular pressure(IOP) with Canon TX-20 non-contact tonometer(TX-20) and Goldmann applanation tonometer(GAT). Methods: 120 eyes of 60 patients were enrolled in this study. For each eye, three consecutive IOP measurements were performed with TX-20 and GAT by the same examiner in 5minutes. The subjects were divided into three groups according to their IOP measured by GAT: group A(low group)(IOP<11mmHg,1kpa=7.5mmHg),group B(normal group)(11≤IOP≤21), group C(high group) (IOP>21mmHg). The accuracy of TX-20 was compared with GAT. The repeatability of TX-20 was performed by comparing three consecutive measurements. Results: Compared with the measured values of GAT, the 3 groups of A, B, C measured by TX-20 were lower. 95% confidence interval (95%CI) of the difference between them were 0.31 ~ 2.95mmHg, 1.09 ~ 4.38mmHg, 0.28 ~ 7.28mmHg, respectively. The repeatability of measurement of TX-20 was good, because of the difference between the 3 consecutive measurements were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusions: The TX-20 tonometer provided similar results to the Goldmann for low and normal group,but smaller than GAT. The repeatability of measurement of TX-20 was good.
