| 目的 观察联合高压氧治疗(HBO)较单纯吞咽训练配合针灸对早期脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的疗效。方法 将早期脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍共60例患者分为2组,一组30例行高压氧治疗并配合吞咽训练和针灸治疗,另一组30例仅行吞咽训练及针灸治疗。分别在入组时及30个治疗日后行洼田饮水试验,藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价标准及吞咽造影检查(videofluoroscopic swallowing examination,VFSE)辅助下吞咽障碍程度评分(VGF)。结果 两组患者洼田饮水试验,藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价标准及VFSE辅助下VGF各项评分均较入组时提高(P<0.05或P<0.05),联合HBO组较对照组提高更明显(P<0.05)。结论 联合高压氧治疗可以促进早期卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能恢复。 |

| Objective To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation training and acupuncture with or without hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) to treat post-stroke dysphagia in early stage. Methods 60 cases of post-stroke dysphagia in early stage were divided into two groups,30 cases of one group were given hyperbaric oxygen intervention with rehabilitation training and acupuncture.30 cases of another group were given just rehabilitation training and acupuncture.Kubota drinking water test,Toshima lchiro evaluation standard of curative effect of swallowing and VGF with the help of videofluoroscopic swallowing examination(VFSE) were conducted before treatment and 30 days after treatment.Results Kubota drinking water test, Toshima lchiro evaluation standard of curative effect of swallowing and VGF with the help of videofluoroscopic swallowing examination(VFSE) in each group clearly improved after treatment compared to before treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).combined with HBO group got better curative effect than control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)with rehabilitation training and acupuncture to treat post-stroke dysphagia in early stage can further improve swallowing function recovery. |
