| 目的:探讨第二掌骨背筋膜皮瓣修复食指、中指近节皮肤、软组织缺损的疗效。方法：我院自2012年1月至今共采用第二掌骨背筋膜皮瓣治疗12例食指、中指近节皮肤软组织缺损的患者,通过观察这12例患者皮瓣愈合情况,有无皮瓣坏死,感染,动静脉危象等并发症,来探讨该手术方式的安全性及疗效问题。结果：12例患者皮瓣均存活,2例患者术后皮瓣出现水泡,经换药后愈合,愈合后皮瓣质地柔韧,耐磨程度与缺损区皮肤软组织相仿,效果满意。结论：第二掌骨背筋膜皮瓣修复食指、中指近节皮肤、软组织缺损安全、有效。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the curative effect of using reversed dorsal fasciocutaneous flap of the second metacarpal to repair the soft tissue defect of the proximal parts of the index and middle fingers. Methods: There are 12 cases of using reversed dorsal fasciocutaneous flap of the second metacarpal to repair the soft tissue defect of the proximal parts of the index and middle fingers in our hospital from 2012. We observe the flap circulation, flap necrosis and infection of these 12 cases to discuss the curative effect and safety of this operation methods.Results:All of these 12 cases flaps were survivaled after operation.Of these 12 cases there are 2cases flaps appeared blister,and these blisters were cured by needle aspiration. Conclusions: The methord of using reversed dorsal fasciocutaneous flap of the second metacarpal to repair the soft tissue defect of the proximal parts of the index and middle fingers was safety and effective. |
