| 目的：观察穴位注射联合施沛特治疗股骨头缺血性坏死早期所致髋膝疼痛的临床疗效。方法：典型髋膝疼痛并经DR和MRI确诊股骨头缺血性坏死患者206例(208髋),遵从患者知情同意原则,按入院前后顺序分为口服药物组(A组)、口服药物加穴位注射组(B组)、口服药物加穴位注射联合施沛特治疗组(C组)。三组病例均以国际骨循环研究会分期法作为影像学分期标准,采用VAS疼痛评分法及髋关节Harris评分系统进行临床疗效评价,评估治疗前及治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后的临床疗效和疼痛程度。结果：A、B、C组治疗1个月、3个月及6个月后总有效率分别为71.6%、76.1%、79.1%,75.0%、77.9%、83.8%和83.1%、88.7%、91.5% ,C组与A、B两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。治疗后同时期疼痛强度比较,C组较A、B两组疼痛程度明显缓解,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论：口服药物加穴位注射联合施沛特治疗股骨头坏死早期不仅疗效肯定,而且费用低廉、副作用少,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the combination of acupoint drug administration with sodium hyaluronate injection in treatment of hip pain caused by ischemic necrosis of femoral head (INFH). Methods: Two hundred and six patients with hip pain caused by INFH were randomly divided into three groups: cases in Group A (n = 67) were treated by oral drugs, and Group B (n = 68) with oral drugs and acupoint injection, and Group C (n = 71) with the combination of oral drugs and acupoint injection with sodium hyaluronate. Harris score and VAS score were assayed before treatment and 1, 3 and 6 months of after treatment. Results: The effective rates at 1, 3 and 6 months of after treatment in Groups A,B and C were 71.6%, 76.1% and 79.1%; 75.0%, 77.9% and 83.8%; 83.1%, 88.7% and 91.55, respectively (P < 0.01). The pain intensity in Group C was reduced more markedly at the same time points after treatment than that in Group A and B (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The combination of acupoint with sodium hyaluronate injection is superior to each method used alone in treatment of hip pain caused by INFH in the short term. |
