| 目的：观察推拿疗法联合药饼灸改善脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者腹泻症状的临床疗效。方法：选择62例脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者，随机分组。治疗组32例，给予推拿疗法联合药饼灸治疗；药物组30例给予口服匹维溴铵片治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.5%，药物组为63.3%，治疗组疗效优于药物组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者腹泻症状均得以改善，但治疗组较药物组具有优势，4周治疗后，治疗组与药物组腹泻症状评分比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：推拿疗法联合药饼灸可明显改善脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者的腹泻症状，其疗效优于口服匹维溴铵片。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage therapy and moxibustion with herbal cake in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-kidney yang-depiciency. Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 32 patients and the control group of 30 patients. The treatment group was given massage therapy and moxibustion with herbal cake while the control group was given Pinaverium Bromidel. Results The rate at which the treatment was effective was significantly different（P<0.05）between the two groups: 87.5% in the treatment group and 63.3 % in the control group；the integrals of diarrhea decreased more significantly in the treatment group than those in the control group. Such difference was significant between the two groups （P<0.05）after four-week treatmet. Conclusion Massage therapy and moxibustion with herbal cake may remarkably relieve the clinical symptoms of IBS-D and its efficacy is superior to that of oral medication with Pinaverium Bromidel. |
