| RANKL/RANK/OPG系统与绝经后骨质疏松发生发展密切相关。在骨吸收调节中,RANKL/RANK/OPG系统可识别不同的细胞调节因子,进而影响破骨细胞生成、分化和成熟。近年来,大量的RANKL/RANK/OPG系统方面的研究均集中在绝经后骨质疏松模型上进行。本文就绝经后骨质疏松模型、RANKL/RANK/OPG系统及其相关的细胞因子做一总结。 |

| RANKL/OPG/RANK system and postmenopausal osteoporosis in development are closely related. In bone resorption regulating, RANKL/OPG/RANK system can identify different cell regulatory factors, which affect osteoclast formation, differentiation and maturation.In recent years, a large number of RANKL/OPG/RANK system studies are focused on postmenopausal osteoporosis model. In this paper, the model of postmenopausal osteoporosis, RANKL/OPG/RANK system and its related cytokines are summarized. |
