| 【】目的 分析合并有广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)的老年原发性高血压患者的心率变异性(HRV)。方法 入选50例合并有GAD的老年原发性高血压患者作为A组,50例老年原发性高血压患者作为B组,50例健康老年体检者作为C组,行24h动态心电图检查,比较3组间HRV时域指标各参数的差异。结果 A组HRV时域指标各参数均明显低于B组和C组,B组的各参数均明显低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 合并有GAD的老年原发性高血压患者时域指标各参数均较老年高血压患者及健康老年人低,提示此类患者自主神经功能明显受损。 |

| Objective: To analyze the heart rate variability (HRV) of elderly hypertensive patients complicating generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Methods: A total of 50 elderly hypertensive patients complicating GAD (group A), 50 elderly hypertensive patients (group B) and 50 healthy check-up elderly people (group C) were selected and monitored by dynamic electrocardiogram for 24h.The indexes of the time domain of HRV were collected and compared. Results: The indexes of the time domain of HRV in group A were significantly lower than those in group B and group C. And these in group B were also obvious lower than those in group C. The differences were all statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The indexes of the time domain of elderly hypertensive patients complicating GAD are lower than those in elderly hypertensive patients and healthy elderly people suggest that the autonomic nervous function of elderly hypertensive patients complicating GAD is obviously impaired. |
