| Objective To investigate the clinical effect Sof application of using the low-temperature Saline infusion plasma coaplation in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) in children.Methods Date of 201 OSAHS cases ofSchildren who underwent hypothermic salineSperfusion(low temperature group, n=89) Sor Snormal saline Sinfusion(nomal temperature group , n=112) were retrospectively analyzed. OperationStime, blood loss of intraoperative bleeding,S postoperative painS(VAS score),S incidence ofSpostoperativeShemorrhage and differences inSrecovery time after operation were compared between two groups. Result Compared with nomal temperature group, operationStime, blood loss of intraoperative bleeding,Sincidence ofSpostoperativeShemorrhage decreased in low temperature group ,postoperative pain relieved in low temperature group as well. SConclusion LowSsaline infusionSused inStonsil and adenoidSplasma operation can shortenSoperation time,Sreduce blood loss of intraoperative bleeding , decrease Spostoperative bleeding probability,S relieve postoperative pain and is worthy of popularizing. |
