| [目的]观察柴芍承气汤联合丙氨酰谷氨酰胺对重症急性胰腺炎患者肠功能恢复的影响。[方法]将46例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组（23例）给予常规治疗，治疗组（23例）在常规治疗的基础上给予柴芍承气汤胃管内注入联合静滴丙氨酰谷氨酰胺。观察两组患者治疗后腹痛、腹胀缓解时间，排气、排便恢复时间，住院天数以及ICU中转率、死亡率，并记录入院后血清超敏C反应蛋白、血淀粉酶、白细胞计数等血清指标变化。[结果]治疗组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间，排气、排便恢复时间均显著低于对照组（P <0.05）；治疗组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白、血淀粉酶、白细胞计数较对照组同期相比有显著下降（P <0.05）；治疗组住院时间短于对照组（P <0.05）。[结论]柴芍承气汤联合丙氨酰谷氨酰胺治疗重症急性胰腺炎能促进肠功能的恢复，减轻全身炎症反应综合征，改善疾病预后。 |

| [Objective]To evaluated the effect of Chaishao Chengqi Decoction Combined with alanyl-glutamine on intestinal function in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. [Methods]46 patients with severe acute panctratitis were randomly divided into two groups: the controlled group and the treatment group. 23 patients in controlled group received routine therapy, while 23 patients in the treatment group were given additional treatment with Chaishao Chengqi Decoction plus alanyl-glutamine. The duration of abdominal pain and distension, the first time of exhaust and defecation, the length of stay in hosptial, intensive care unit(ICU) transfer rate and case fatality rate were observed, while serum C-reactive protein(CRP), amylase(Amy) and white blood cell count were tested. [Results] The duration of abdominal pain and distension, the first time of exhaust and defecation in treatment group were significantly shorter than controlled group(P <0.05). After treatment, compared with controlled group, serum C-reactive protein(CRP),amylase(Amy) and white blood cell count in treatment group were significantly decreased(P <0.05).The length of stay in hospital of treatment group is shorter than that of the controlled group(P <0.05). [Conclusion] For the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, Chaishao Chengqi Decoction Combined with alanyl-glutamine can promote the recovery of intestinal function, reduce the systemic inflammatory response syndrome, thus improve the prognosis of the disease. |
