| 【】 目的 探讨γ-干扰素体外释放试验对诊断结核性腹膜炎的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2013年3月至2014年9月用γ-干扰素释放试验检测21例诊断为结核性腹膜炎的结果。结果21例结核性腹膜炎患者中,结核感染T细胞阳性47.6%(10/21),阴性52.4%(11/21)。结核抗体阳性23.8%(5/21),阴性76.2%(16/21)。其中合并肺结核13例患者中阳性61.5%(8/13),肠结核4例患者中阳性75.9%(3/4),HIV感染患者结核感染T细胞阴性。IGRA检测以此诊断结核性腹膜炎的敏感性为47.6%,特异性为93.3%,阳性预测值为83.3%,阴性预测值为71.8%。结核T细胞、结核抗体、腹水ADA在结核性腹膜炎中比较(χ2=2.592,P=0.107)。结论γ-干扰素释放试验在结核性腹膜炎的诊断敏感性不高,仅对TBP诊断有一定的参考价值,需结合其他手段综合起来进行诊断。 |

| 【】0bjective To summarize and explore the value of TB-IGRA in tuberculous peritonitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the TB-IGRA results of 21 patients with TBP during April 2013 to Suptember 2014 in Zhejiang QingChun Hospital.Results. In 21 tuberculous peritonitis patients, tuberculosis infected T cells positive for 47.6% (10/21), negative 52.4% (11/21). One amalgamative tuberculosis, 13 patients were positive in 61.5% (8/13), 4 cases were intestinal tuberculosis in patients with positive 75.9% (3/4), HIV infection in patients with tuberculosis T cells are negative.Conclusions The sensitivity of gamma-interferon-release test in the diagnosis of tuberculous peritonitis is not high. |
